SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping charges are quoted at time of order and are subject to change.

This is our standard procedure for orders placed with TURFLINE SYSTEMS. These steps were set in place to try and insure consistent and timely deliveries, however, as we have found, nothing can ever be guaranteed when it comes to shipping carriers and transport deliveries.

Order Processing:

Orders are processed and forwarded to the warehouse for fulfillment when payment is received and cleared.
Each order is carefully prepared and readied for shipment (barring any unforeseen events such as bad weather or other circumstances not under our control).

Our warehouse requires at least one day to fulfill orders prior to shipment.

Most orders are delivered in 3-5 business days for eastern destinations and in 5-7 business days for western destinations for locations within the continental USA, to receive our products.

Our warehouse is located in Connellsville, Pennsylvania.

As soon as your order is shipped, we will email to you: the name of the shipping carrier, the tracking number as well as any other important details, as necessary.
